Signed by masatsuku懐玉斎(正次)

Edo Period Mid-19th century

Good condition

The Japanese ivory netsuke depicting a coiled white snake squeezing  between the coils. Powerful and of great quality with very fine details. The snake with open jaws and the tongue out make this netsuke a work of great effect and that strikes us immediately. signed in a rectangular reserve masatsugu(kyaikyokusai).
